You can find the contact details as follows:
1. select your profession in the main menu.
2. click on the box “Contacts at the organizations of examinations”
3. click on the canton in which you (or your candidate(s)) are taking your exam.
There you will find the contact details of the responsible examination organization.
If you cannot reach your examination organization, the technical hotline of Ivaris AG is available as an alternative:
